These terms govern your use of our meeting transcription and analysis platform, which helps you upload or record meetings and convert them into organized notes, summaries, and timelines using AI technology.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Permitted Use

You may only upload content that you own or have permission to use. This includes recordings of meetings where you have consent from all participants.

You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, infringes on others' rights, contains malware, or could be considered harmful, offensive, or inappropriate. This includes content that violates privacy laws or contains confidential information you're not authorized to share.

4. Processing & Storage

When you upload audio or video files, we process them using third-party AI services: OpenAI Whisper for transcription and Anthropic Claude for cleaning transcripts and generating summaries.

Your original files are temporarily stored on our servers during processing. We retain the processed transcripts and summaries so you can access them later through your account.

We make reasonable efforts to keep your data secure, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please don't upload highly sensitive or confidential information.

5. AI Output Disclaimer

Our AI-generated transcripts, summaries, and analyses are provided for convenience and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

You should always review and verify any AI-generated content before relying on it for important decisions. We're not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate AI outputs.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing our transcription and analysis services.

The Meeting Notes App platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, remains our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

7. Fees & Usage Limits

Our service may involve costs for API usage and processing. We may implement usage quotas or limits to ensure fair access for all users.

To the maximum extent permitted under Japanese law, our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.

Our liability for any damages arising from your use of the service is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Japanese law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your uploaded content, or your violation of these terms.

14. Governing Law & Venue
